Meet North Ayrshire Phase 2 artist Aeneas Wilder

Aeneas Wilder is an Edinburgh born artist who has been working internationally for 25 years. Initially studying sculpture in Dundee his work encompasses transient large scale installations, public art projects, video, photography, stop motion animation and music, set designs, community based workshops, research residencies and numerous outdoor works both as temporary installations and permanent works installed within a variety of landscapes. He has had multiple exhibitions in Japan, Belgium, The Netherlands, USA, Italy, France, Norway and the UK. Central to all his work is a sense of transience and impermanence.
